Hi !
have you tryied to make a HTML page send a "click to talk" then an IPCC agent start a call to the client automatically ?
where can I findo information about how to do that ?
I'd like to have an example..

I think you have to download an applet to end users PC. The Click-to-Talk (CTT) user interface provides for branded company identification. In addition, a keypad interface is provided to allow interaction with ACDs and other interactive voice response systems.
