Means the internal power supply or the regular power to the switch is not working and the power is being supplied by the rps . Verify normal power to the switch , if ok then the internal power supply on the switch has failed and it will need to be RMA'd. We have found also that these do not automatically fail back after a power incident so that could be the problem also , if thats case then you would have to kill the power to the rps to switch back over to normal power.

Hi Grant,
does 3750 have on its own power supply i mean internal?

Hi Mahesh,
3750 switch has its own power supply which you normally connect using a standard power lead to the normal power outlet like any other switch.
additionally you can also connect an external source (RPS) to backup the power in case internal power supply fails, to do this you connect a special cable from the back of the switch's RPS port to an external RPS Unit.
the output you have provided (show env all) clearly indicates there is a problem with the normal (internal) power/source. You should check the power lead/cable to ensure its not loose or faulty and possible change the power lead with a good one. There is a slim chance the power cord is loose. You may need to establish that it is a power supply fault and then replace the switch if needed.
