Idivert with Nortel CallPilot

I have a Nortel CS1000 and a CUCM 6.1 tied together with PRI QSIG.

Right now, everything is working including caller id, and the voicemail pilot. When a

user hits the voicemail button on the phone, it will go into the correct mailbox.

The problem is that when the idivert button is used, CUCM is not sending the directory

number to the Nortel CallPilot, so it is ending up in the general box.

Here is the q931 debug. Cisco phone 4447 called 4446, where 4446 idiverted. The Nortel

CallPilot is 3002:

Jeff,

idivert is a skinny implementation. I dont think that d get translated and sent across ISDN..

As it turns out, in CCM 5.1 and greater, a service parameter to allow idivert over qsig exists, and is false by default.

I changed to true and it works as expected.

Thanks

i have been working on a cisco/nortel integration for a while. we have cucm 6.1.2 with a mgcp controlled 2811 with qsig pri to a nortel opt 61 running v5.5.

we are trying to give cisco ip phones a nortel callpilot vm.

when the call is initiated from the nortel side it works. q931 debug from when nortel set 1345 calls 2330 (which is cdp'd off nortel to cisco and that 2330 dn is assigned to a cisco phone with cfna to vm pilot to callpilot):

when initiated from the cisco side the call is always sent over the qsig pri like its a brand new call and we always get the default opening greeting on callpilot:
