I have a client with about 40 users on a UCM6.0 Business Edition system running Unity Connection 2.0. They each have a DID. When they call their DID and it rings to voicemail, is it possible so that when they press *, Unity will only prompt them for a password, not an ID AND a password?

might be,
try going to Subscibers\Caller Input in the Unity admin and changing the * to easy sign in.

That's exactly right. I ended up just adding option 1 for easy sign on and leaving * as the regular sign on.
