Problem in IP Communicator with CCM 5.1 ..

Hii all,

I am working with CCM 5.1. I registered a IP Communicator (Soft Phone). When I am trying to communicate with that Soft phone its ringing . and connected with caller but no voice is coming...

any body know , wth is the problem?

plz help me

Hi Madhab,

I am working with CCM 5.1 but I don't have this problem. Do you can be more specific, maybe the problem not is de IP Communicator. The problem occur with another IP Phone?

sounds like a routing issue, check that you have all the proper routing for the RTP to be routed from IP Phone to IPC

also check codecs just in case
