Meeting Place Help Required

I am using meeting place in (Brazzaville Congo) its the GMT +1 Zone. I selected the time zone GMT +1 but it is different with the local time of here (Congo-Brazzaville). Can you help me in this regard that how can I change the time of my Meeting place.
