SRST mode - Call Forward All

Hi,

Wanted to know if CallFwdAll softkey/feature is available when the IP phones(7961/7960) are in SRST mode.

This feature is available during SRST. You need to configure the following under telephony-service:

call-forward pattern 9.

This will allow your users to call forward to external numbers.

i think "telephony-service" is in CallManager Express .What about in router in SRST mode ie call-manager-fallback mode?

apologies, it is Sunday! Its not telephony-service but callmanager-fallback as you mention. The call-forward pattern is the same
