VWIC-2MFT-E1 card on c3825 router

Hi

I want to install VWIC card on c3825 router. When I plug VWIC card in c3825 I got following error on my screen.

*May 26 11:48:55.031: %ESWMRVL_FLTMG-5-NOTICE: Notice: FPGA Rev 0x71

*May 26 11:48:55.431: %E1T1_MODULE-3-INITFAILURE: Slot 0, Unit 3 initialization failure - Firmware Download

*May 26 11:48:55.431: %E1T1_MODULE-3-INITFAILURE: Slot 0, Unit 3 initialization failure - FPGA & Firmware Download

How to recognize that card on the router?

That should not happen. By the way, are you inserting the card with the router turned on? Because that is not supported.
