could you please advise how to clear 'show controller' output error? example as below:

It seems normal 'clear counter' not able to clear these error. thank you!

The command " Clear counters " will only clear the software related counters on the interfaces. This command will not clear the hardware counters.
Depending on the platform used, you can use the command " clear counters controllers
