PVM Report error

Our client has PVM 1.0.2 and so far, 16 NAM's running on NAM software release 3.6 have been added on the GUI and several data sources configured.

We get an error everytime we try to generate a report and thus no report in displayed. Please see attached pdf document.

The monitor tab also displays the same error once you click on the overview link.

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem?

I have a customer with exactly the same fault and we have applied all patches and bug workarounds..TAC is next but would be helpful if you can advise

Hi,

Yes i managed to pin point the source of the issue. I had installed CentOS as the operating system instead of the recommended Red Hat.

CentOS lacks the necessary reporting package required to generate the PVM reports. Once you install Red Hat, the issue is resolved.
