Avaya IR and ICM integration

We are integrating Avaya IR and ICM and it's done also i am able to recive the call in avaya Agent.


I want to login the avaya agent in to the CTIOS desktop.

My CTIOS and CG server showa active ,but when i try to login with the avaya agent in the CTIOS desktop iam getting an error(system is offline login will bw queued until system is back offline).

Hi sindhu,

make sure the Avaya PIM is online and the extension is in the peripheral monitor in ICM configuration, make sure you can login as well with the same credentials in the Avaya hardphone or softphone.

This should do.

Hi Sindhu,

do you see any event in the PIM/OPC when you try the login? Do you register the same issue with CTITest? If nothing is triggered in the PIM/OPC and CTITest is not working I would recommend a TAC SR to verify and troubleshoot this scenario.
