I have SCCP videoconferencing working, but I would like integrate a H.323 video endpoint ? To reach this I need a gatekeeper configured in the MCU ?

No, gatekeeper isn't necessary.
is need only if you want to use conferencing between H323 devices.
You need register your h323 terminal as "H323 client" on CUCM.
