CME call statistics

Hi,


My client would like call statistics for a CME Hunt Group. I read the details on the following url, which explains how this can be set up:

It also mentions that 'These statistics can be sent to an application such as Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel, so they can be merged into a chart or graph for easier reading.'


Could anybody give me some guidance on how to do this?


Any advice/ guidance will be much appreciated. Thanks.

There is a zipfile with the macros to do that. If you have CCO accs, can be found in the CCME area "individual files".

Hi,


I've got a few questions:


1) Have you installed this product and did you come across any problems?


2) If there are issues (for example data is not displayed correctly in the spreadsheet) then who do I contact for support (Cisco or Sentinel?)
