How2: translation pattern base on an uploaded txt, in a router

My pstn router 2811, has to redirect a call to an external number base on information uploaded each hour. The call gome trought the router, the router check his translation table and then redirect the call to an external number base on the contain of an uploaded file (that file change each hour). Does somebody know how to do that with TCL ? I want something that can run on the router...

Yes, you can only do that with TCL/IVR. See for example name2number-http that does an http query, you would only modify so that the number to transfer is obtained via HTTP.
