TSP/Outlook dialing install issue

Hi,


I am installing the TSP software from CCM 5.1. For the most part, it installs fine and I can configure it. But I have a hand full of computers where the software installs fine (no errors) and then I reboot. Then go into controll panel - Phone and modem option and the Cisco TSP is not listed there. Huh?? This works for the other, why not these few computers? What can I do to get this to show up? I see others have had this issue, but no solution was posted.

I suspect there is mismatch of ssl files used by TSP. It's very likely that old version of ssl files are used by running 3rd party app, so TSP file can not replace it with newer version.
