You can find the information in the Windows Services Manager.

From the Start Menu, choose Run and enter services.msc, then press return.

The service manager window will pop up and you scroll down to the SNMP Service and right-click on it then choose 'properties'.

Then click on the 'security' tab and you'll see all your SNMP community strings that are configured.
