I upgraded CCM to 6.0.1. I am trying to get the auto attendant up and running and whenever I go to place a call it says No line available to make calls.
Any idea on how to fix this error?

u sure the user has the CTI and call retrieval?
that usually is because of misconfiguration, i'd recommend to go thru the whole config and review it

CTI is checked, i cant find call retrieval.
