I have a very small help desk that uses a public folder for managing requests via email. They want to have VM from unity delivered to that public folder for consistent management. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

You can create a public distro group and send it an mail enabled public folder if that works for you.

Hi -
You may not know this, but voicemail delivered to a folder other than the Outlook Inbox does not trigger the message waiting light on the phone.
