Michael,

Yes there is, but the only supported way of recovering a Voicemail message is if the system is set up to do so.

Under Class Of Service find the Class of Server the user is assigned to.

Then look under Message Options. "Delete Messages without saving to deleted items folder" must be unchecked.

Then go back to main screen and check System Settings > Message Aging Policy. Here you have set the number of days before the Delete Items Folder will be purged of it's messages.

Before the expiry of this time, the Deleted Items folder can be check by the phone or via an Outlook or other IMAP client.

Once this number of days has passed the message is gone and cannot be recovered.
