We have a ICS 7750 with SPE 310 running Call Manager 3.1(3a). We had a failed drive. The ICS is no longer covered by SmartNet. We have ordered the systems for upgrade Unified Communications Express but that is still a month away.
Can I replace just the IDE drive on the existing SPE 310 or do we need to (somehow) get our hands on another SPE 310 w/ the drive - will replacing just the drive on the existing SPE work?
