HSRP changes states because tracker changes state, but the underlying IP SLA never fails.
We had an incident where all users couldn't reach the internet through the routers running HSRP. Deleting and adding the HSRP commands fixed the problem. We had no time to gather more information, due to the impact of the failure.
Is the track state change a problem or am I misunderstanding something? Any other ideas about what could be the root cause of the outage?
The problem shows up on ISP1.
