IPCC Agent and Supervisor login

I have a user who logs in as an Agent and a Supervisor. Can she just login as a supervisor and take calls while still doing her supervisor duties? The problem she has is that she can't get any statistics when she is logged in as both.

in cad superviser must login to agent desktop to take calls

She can not take call center calls unless she is logged in as an agent. The stats should be there, check into reinstalling her supervisor software.

What UCC Enterprise desktop? CAD or CTIOS? Or is this an UCC Express deployment?

Now we've dealt with boring product basics that you can find in the Cisco documentation, let's go back to this problem:

Why? This must work for you. What is wrong? What do you see and what don't you see? Try a CTIOS Agent/Supervisor. What does that show?
