MWI issues in Unity 5.0

Hi All,

I have installed Unity 5.0 in Failover mode which I have integrated with CCM version 6.x

We are able to leave voice mail messages in both cases i.e. when primary & secondary unity servers are working .Secondly,when Primary unity is down/Secondary Unity is working, even then we are able to leave voice mail message.

Problem which we are facing is that after the message is left, MWI LED does not glow on IP phone . To make it glow,everytime,I have to click on MWI Resychronise . After that MWI LED glows.

Can somebody help where exactly could be the problem.?

Hi -

There is an outstanding bug in Unity 5.x that may be part of the problem you are seeing - http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCsa86402

I would have to confer with TAC to be sure though.
