I have just installed CM 6.1 and cannot get Directory presence to work

I am wondering if there is a secret knob to get the BLF/directory presence to work with a new 6.1 CM install. I have G3 phones that should be capable

Have you already enabled the enterprise parameter "BLF For Call Lists"?

Also please make sure that the phones have a presence CSS subscribed which has access to the partition where the rest of the phones in the network belong to.

I caught this but only after a bunch of troubleshooting. I sure missed the enterprise parameter though
