Pickup without Group Configuration

We're migrating from a CME environment to a CUCM6.1 environment.

In CME it was possible to just hit Pickup, dial the extension and pickup the call that was ringing on the extension you just dialed.

Is this possible in CUCM? I'm aware of the Group Pickup feature and the Other Group Pickup feature, but how about just Pickup?

I don't want to put everyone in the same group and then hit GroupPickup, or it could pickup any extension that's ringing in the same group.
