We have an issue with some random IPT devices (7912G) getting the MWi indicator when there are no voice mails. This must happen overnight.

Has anyone tried setting up a trace on Unity (Serviceability) in order to find out why the MWi is sent to some phones, then collected files using Trace Log Central in RTMT and if so what trace did you use.

I have this problem too.
