Hi Guys,
I have 4.1.3 SR5 and after a DN was deleted, calls are still ringing through to it. I have seen other posts with a similar problem and they suggest there is a bug for this for which i need the I.D. I have tried searching for it but cannot find it. Also, can you confirm a reboot will fix this for now.

Hi Chris,
Not this again eh :) I beleive the problem is related to a bug in the sr5b Service Release. I know that this doesn't fix this problem in the short term (there are some ideas in the attached threads), but long term, upgrading to the latest 4.1(3) SR should fully alleviate this problem. Here are three similar threads with the crazy Partition issue;
I'm sure that you are sick of having these problems everytime you go to do a simple change.

Just to add a little to the good info from David;

CM 4.x - Inactive or Unassigned DN with CFA still forwards calls
Symptom:
Calls placed to a DN that has been deleted from a phone are forwarded to the CFA destination set on the DN when it was deleted.
Conditions:
This was observed in CM 4.1(3) sr5b
A phone has a DN assigned to it and the phone has a CFA destination configured. The DN on the phone is deleted from the phone, but CM still routes calls to the CFA destination
Workaround:
Add the DN back to the phone, remove the CFA setting and update the phone. This will remove the improper CFA and the DN can then be removed without this issue. Status
