Solved: Routers that suport Multipoint VPLS

We are looking to offer VPLS services across our core, which is currently made up of Cisco 12000, 7200 and 7300 series routers.

Are any of these routers capable of supporting Multipoint VPLS (not standard P2P EoMPLS) or is it only the 7600 router which is capable of doing so.

Hi Steven,

VPLS is only supported on Cisco 12000, Cisco 6500 (Sup720 and Sup32) and Cisco 7600 (RSP720, Sup32 and Sup720), you can always use Cisco Feature Navigator to find information about Cisco IOS software images and the supported features for your platform(s) :
