Hi Guys,
I have seen this in here a couple of times. But I havent seen the solution yet.
Unity Connection v1.2(1)
System Call handler configured
Custom greeting recorded on standard
I just want to play an annoucement and then hang up
But when I call I hear Unity say "Sorry" and then it plays my recorded greeting.
I just want it to launch straight into the personal greeting, without apologising. Especially since it has done nothing wrong... not yet anyway :)
I have seen reference to bug CSCsg20967, but i dont think that is it.
I have scoured the bug tool for others, but havent seen anything yet.
Also tried an alternate greeting, but it still seems to do the same.
Going to try out some different routing rules now.
Cheers,
Tim

ok, maybe the whole greeting is not in there, but what about a silence or something else? if the recorded voice has anything recorded that happens

u sure the greeting is not under the recorded voice??
if you have it under the recorded voice instead of the greeting that's the behavior

Nope it is under the standard greeting.
Also, tried adding the recorded file on the alternate greeting, and it was the same result.
Cheers,
Tim

I'm going to retract that last statement!
Totally new to Unity Connection, and was confused with the greeting that was actually recorded there!
Looks like it had a recorded name, and the standard greeting was empty.
Easy!
Thanks!
Tim
