Getting all Application or System event logs from a specific server

We are having a little trouble figuring out how to extract all Application or all system event logs from the database for a given device name.

I have tried specifying the device name and the event log type of Generic Windows Event

This seems to pull up all the events but the wording is different then those showing the event viewer although the event ID seems the same.

Any help?

Hi,

It might be best to lock down the query to device and then timeframe. Then you use the option "All matching event raw messages" in the results format drop down menu.
