Question on sizing a WAAS Unit

I'm trying to size a WAAS unit for my business. I see that WAAS units are generally sized by the number of TCP connections.

This is probably a really easy question, but how can I determine the number of TCP flows through my routers? I have a number of tools available to me including NetQoS, a NAM, Orion, routers / switches, etc. So my question is how do I determine the maximum number of tcp connections in my environment?
