Hundreds of Aborted Calls

Hi, i have a problem with an IVR ... let mi explain a little about the topology. We have a central site where are installed the callmanager and the IPCC. Also, we have 9 agents working in other site, both sites are connected via monomode fiber. The agents here are in another subnet than the one for voice ...

My problem is the the calls are getting completed but also appeared hundreds of aborted call with the following exception com.cisco.app.ApplicationTaskInactiveException

Do anyone know what is the meaning of this exception?

Pepe,

not sure about the exception but check your script step if you have no proper end or termination step in your script calls will show as abandoned.

Check your script first.

The exception, com.cisco.app.ApplicationTaskInactiveException, is normal. This exception is thrown each time a caller hangs up while in the script.
