Upgrade CIPC from 2.0.2 to 2.1.3




CSCsi90702 Bug Details: CIPC frozen while launching (blue screen)


End the application from Windows Taskmanager and restart CIPC.

This will end the application, but when you launch CIPC again, does the same thing. I need to upgrade around 50 users, and I have a script available, but did not want to uninstall, reboot, install, and reboot.

I've tried 2.1.1 & 2.1.2 w/no luck also.

Any assistance would be great.

Does it happen on all PC's??

Sounds like conflicting software to be honest, might be worth disabling some services (services.msc) to narrow down what is at fault.

Try removing antivirus first, this is a known issue..
