I have a CCM6 server behind a 2821 router connected to an MPLS network. The MPLS link is configured for SIP trunks. If the Telco is forwarding 10 digits down the SIP trunks to CCM, is there a way to strip that down to 4?

Hi,
Is the SIP trunk configured directly on CallManager?
If so, use a translation pattern in CCM.
Or if there is a SIP dial peer on your 2821, then you will need to configure a Voice Translation Profile. Have a look here to get you started:

We actually resolved this by adjusting the significant digits setting for the SIP trunk in CCM.
Thanks for the link, I've used that before in CME systems. Pretty good except for the 15 entries per rule limit, though I did find a quick-n-dirty work around.
