Hi,

Why can't I make a call while the agent is in a ready/available state?

Similarly, why can't I logout an agent while in ready/available state?

Hi Bhaskar,

agent state transition is dictated by GED188 document, and basically you could not perform a call when in a ready state to avoid being reserved for another incoming one.

Same goes for the logout, you could not do it while you are in a state where you might be reserved for a call.
