Unable to view device as helpdesk user in Cisco View 6.1.5

We need to view the following device C3560E, ISO 12.2.35.SE.5 in CiscoView. What patches do we need in order to do this?

We currently have the following:

LMS 2.6, last bundles applied Feb 5th 2007 on Solaris 9.

1. Cisco Works Common Services 3.0.5

2. Cisco View 6.1.5

3. Integration Utility 1.6.0

4. Campus Manager 4.0.6

5. Resource Manager Essential 4.0.5

6. Device Fault Manager 2.0.6

We will also want to upgrade the RME and the device config files at the same time so we can manage this device properly in LMS.

Can you please advise on the relevant patches and dependencies we need? (I'm hoping that there is a relevant bundle for this).

For CiscoView this is a known issue and you need to call TAC to get a patch for this. Ask TAC to get the patch for bug CSCsg26840.

For device package updates first update Common Services then RME through CCO:

Common Service > Software Center > Device update
