Hi,
I've a router 3825 with 64 MB Compact Flash installed.
I try to upgrade the IOS with an image of about 40 MB, but when I access via TFTP at 16% of loading the process terminates. When I upgrade to a IOS version of about 22 MB the process terminates with success.
I've upgraded the ROMMON also, but nothing.
Do you have a solution for this?
Thank you.
Best regards.
Massimiliano.

Use tftpd32 for your server.

Have you tried another TFTP application?
How about FTP?

Hi Edison,
I'll try with another TFTP and FTP application. If the problem remains I'll post here.
Thank you for your fast response.
Best regards.

If you conclude that the issue relates to the initial TFTP server you were using, perhaps it would be beneficial to identify that application for the news group.
I've found an older version of SolarWinds TFTP server to be reliable.
