I need the call start whit 909T going to Claro E1, but when call to 9T the call go to 2811 GW, for de PSTN E1

When the 1700 call to 92442010 for example the calling match whit the dial-peer but the call it's incoming, and the call never go to GW2800

But when i make csim start 92442010 the call match to the dial-peer but outgoing call and call it recived but GW2800.
