Is this CCM or Unity

Not sure if you are running into this bug.

CSCsd03143

Subscribers created using a CVM template cannot be deleted through the SA. The following error is displayed:

Delete failed 0x80043307 (E_NOTIFIER_USER_NOT_MONITORED)

Conditions:

This only occurs in Unity 4.2 or later and is specific to the Community Voicemail Unity environment and creatting subscribers using the special subscriber templates created when creating a CVM agency.

Workaround:

Delete the subscribers using the Bulk Subscriber Delete utility or Global Subscriber Manager utility.

To 'fix' the SA in order to delete a subscriber, toggle the MWI settings.

1. Go to the Messages link (for the Subscriber you want to delete).

2. Check the box: 'Use MWI for message notification'.

3. Immediately uncheck the box: 'Use MWI for message notification'.

4. Press 'Save' button to save entry.

5. You should now be able to delete this subscriber.

6. Repeat for all CVM subscribers you want to delete.

To prevent this problem for future CVM created subscribers:

1. Go to the Messages link for testcvm-Client in Subscriber Templates.

2. Repeat steps 2-4 from above list.

3. Go to the Messages link for testcvm-Admin in Subscriber Templates.

4. Repeat steps 2-4 from above list.

5. System should now be fixed. All newly created CVM clients and admins should be deleteable via the SA.

This is unity 4.2. I will try and repost /rate. thanks for your response

I copied your error message "E_NOTIFIER_USER_NOT_MONITORED" and searched it on google. The first link was Cisco's bug toolkit with the bug description I posted. It sometimes helps a lot to search in google or in the Netpro search tool, before posting a problem here at the forums.

Just a thought!!
