Can anyone tell me what does this mean?
I have several VG224 registered using SCCP to a CUCM 6.1, everything is working however im still getting this error in the CUCM.
AutoCfg_Virtual_Endpoint Oper State: ACTIVE_IN_PROGRESS - Cause Code: CCM_REGISTER_FAILED
Active Call Manager: 172.26.224.11, Port Number: 2000
TCP Link Status: NOT_CONNECTED, Device Name: AN1E4A5390D9FFF
Reported Max Streams: 0, Reported Max OOS Streams: 0
Supported Codec: g711ulaw, Maximum Packetization Period: 20
In the RTMT i get the following msg.
CCM_CALLMANAGER-CALLMANAGER-3-DeviceTransientConnection : Transient connection attempt. Device IP address. [String] Device name [Optional]. [String] Device MAC address [Optional]. [String] Protocol. [String] Device type. [Optional] [Enum]Reason Code [Optional]. [Enum]Connecting Port [UInt] Registering SIP User. [Optional]. [String]
SCCP_GATEWAY_VIRTUAL_PHONE -- AuthenticationError

Looks like not all the ports are configured
Please double check that in CCM Admin you will see ?

Exactly, not all ports are configured in the CCM as i dont need to use them right now, is this the reason im getting this error?
