outbound preview dialer

Hi,

can I use outbound campaigns in order to call a group of clients and give them just a prompt, and finish the call?

or I'm forced to use an agent to give the same message 1000 time's.

there is any documentation of how to do it?

Can I use UCCX Premium or just UCCE?

With UCCX Premium, beginning in 5.0 there is "Preview" Dialer built in but not "Predictive". You could accomplish this with some customization (you wouldn't get ansering machine dectection, campaign management, or any standard dialer features) but I would suggest purchasing a 3rd Party Dialer that works with Express (sounds like you already have express).

The best 3rd Party Dialer I have seen is from Radianta:
