Hi
I have configured tacacs in WAAS devices. after applied the config, i am succesfully able to login via telnet but unable to login GUI.
any guide me to resolve the same

so you lost the acccess after you have enable the tacacs.
I would suggest to diable the tacacs from command promt and then use the above link to configure it properly.
