Remote user cannot access Extension Mobility

I have a remote user that cannot access the EM feature on her remote 7961 IP phone. Her user device profile is correct and she is able ro use EM locally from our LAN, but not remotely

Any ideas would be appreciated

what happens?

what error do you get?

what's the topology?

any ACL's? FWs? pixes? something that could be blocking the traffic?
