Urgent Help! IPCCX not playing prompts or routing calls!!

Please this is very urgent!!!

I have an IPCC 4.0.5 server in my lab. I have a job to do for a customer tomorrow and need to simulate a few things.

My IPCC server suddenly is not playing prompt or routing calls.

when a call comes in it routes to the CTI port and after a few seconds it just cuts off.

I have created another script with a redirect step and same thing happens, IPCC does not redirect call

I have restrated IPCC, crs engine but no luck.

Is anyone who can help on this. Pleaase

you can pretty much follow step by step in your script where its failing.

Did you by any chance changed or uploaded new prompts? Try reloading old or defualt script see if your prompts are playing then work back with your script...just few thoughts.

Thanks for your response.

The problem was actually not with IPCC.

It was configurations on my phone. The Phone I was using to dial the CTIRP was in a region using g.729 while my cti ports were using g.711.

I have resolved this and I am ready for the job tomorrow.
