Enhanced licence Agent while CRS IPCC Express Premium

Hello everybody

I need to know, if Enhanced license Agents work fine with IPCC Express Premium?

There are 3 variations of IPCC Express: Standard/Enhanced/Premium, each allows for additional feature sets, if you have Enhanced license that is what you will get, for example you will not see database subsystem in UCCX admin page, CAD will not allow for embaded web browser, etc. So, to answer your question you will get the IPCC Express feature sets based on what license you apply during or after the installation.

I receive from Cisco the IPCC Expres Premium license for my CRS but for the agents the license are Enhanced. We alredy talked to Cisco, they will send the correct license Premium for Agents.

The question is the complete solution for CRS IPCC EXPRESS will work fine?
