unity connection 2.1

call manager 6.1

unity server smtp server: cuc.com

once get voice mail then notified to corporate email address: abc@corporate.com

really confusing about the relationship between smart host and smtp server? Anybody has any experience about it? how to program it?

Our company is using Novell/GroupWisse mail service.

smart host is needed. I put IP address of GroupWise mail server into "smart host" field? tried, failed. anything else to do? how to monitor or get the error messages?
