CUPC all options are disabled

I am trying to configure CUCM 6.1 with CUPS 6.0. After the initial configuration i can login to CUPC, but i cant change any options there. I cant change the mode to deskphone or soft phone. It is not giving me any function other than login. I havent got any LDAP connection, could someone tell me that presence needs LDAP connectivity, if not could someone help me to figure out what is missing in my configuration.

I have this problem too.

It's not LDAP, you need to check your SIP trunk between CUPS and CUCM. Also, make sure you have subscribed the line you want to use in the CUCM for Presence.

In CUPS Troubleshooter, is everything green?

Hi -

In CUCM, check the End user and see if the presence phone is included in the Device Association section. I would then also check the configuration of this device on the presence server.
