UNITY 4.2(1) - SLOW ACCESS TO EXCHANGE MAILBOXES

Hello,

We have an Unified Messaging installation with Cisco Unity 4.2(1) and Microsoft Exchange. Access to the mailboxes through phone is really slow (10 seconds between entering the password and accessing to messages). Is this normal? Any idea?
