Getting hissing noise while keeping the voice mail on 7975G IP Phone

Hi,

We are getting hissing noise during keeping the voice mail.It starts after 7-8 seconds while keeping the voice mail.

It is happening between 7975G IP Phones.

Please suggest me to come out from this problem.

Did you recently upgrade to 5.1.3? Our issue ended up being a bad stick of RAM on our system. Do you see any warning lights on the server?

No, we are not upgraded but we are planning to upgrade it to 6.1.2

I am not getting any warning lights on CCM servers.

This is not happening on 7941 phones;only on 7975G.

Please update the phone to latest firmware in CCO first.

We are working with DE team to release some new firmware soon to address CSCsm85908

Thanks for your reply. Is this firmware is having bug?

Currently the firmware which is running on 7975 is: SCCP75.8-3-3SR2S
