Unable to register the IP Phone to CCM 3.3

I am not able to register the 7960 Ip Phone to ccm 3.3 . Also i am not able to get trace messages. How to add IP add of Ip Phone manually into CCM? Is there any way? Please help in this concern.

I have this problem too.

Get CCM Administrator access

We have plenty of documentation here, in CCO in how to add Phones if there is something you dont find in our documents let us know

The phone is the 7960 softphone. I have added phone to ccm. but still the phone is not registered to ccm. I am seeing the status of phone as registration unknown and ip address not found.

While registering the IP Phone I am getting the error. Skinny Client TCP connection error.

Ip Phone is not registered to Call Manager.

please give ur inputs.

OK, let me get this straight, are you trying to add the 7960 or a softphone or an IP Communicator? the 7960 is NOT a softphone and the softphone is an old version of the IP Communicator so exactly what are you trying to add?
